With a personal passion for kombucha, founders Greg Goodman and Bryan Schmitz decided to bring their own take on kombucha to the Texas market. Unlike most commercially available kombucha’s, KTonic doesn’t add juice after brewing to bump up flavor or sweetness. All of the flavor comes from the fermentation process, resulting in an unusually low-sugar kombucha that appeals to those looking for health benefits and great taste.
