For a close friend's baby shower, all her Dallas friends decided to create a keepsake quilt that would help their new baby girl know a little bit about Texas and England while she spent her first few years in Malawi. I picked the fabrics and designed most of the characters and base art, while many friends helped sew the squares that I later assembled into the final quilt.

 

This is my first quilt to complete. It is far from perfect, but filled with an incredible amount of love.
